SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
I make every effort to ship orders within 3 business days of the transaction. You will receive notifications when the order is received and when it is shipped. Depending on the size and contents of the order, packages will be shipped via ground shipping unless otherwise specified.
If there are any issues or questions regarding your shipping or order in general, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do everything I can to address your concerns.
Return & Exchange Policy
When your order is submitted directly through me, all contents will be thoroughly inspected before shipment for any defects. Returns will be accepted for books in good condition less than 7 days from receiving the order. If the book appears used, the return will be denied. If a book is damaged in shipment, an exchange will be offered at no charge as long as the damaged book is returned within 7 days of initial receipt.
For all orders submitted in a third-party site (such as the Amazon links on my "book" page for use of preferred vendors), you must work through the original vendor in accordance with their return and exchange policies.
